이용약관 Terms of Service

본 약관은 VuGoFit(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 식욕 제어 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항, 기타 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between VuGoFit (hereinafter "the Company") and users regarding the use of the appetite control service (hereinafter "the Service").

• "서비스"란 회사가 제공하는 AI 기반 음식 이미지 변환, 식욕 억제 사운드, 음식 갤러리 등 일체의 서비스를 말합니다."Service" refers to all services provided by the Company, including AI-based food image transformation, appetite suppression sound, and food gallery.
• "이용자"란 본 약관에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 회원 및 비회원을 말합니다."User" refers to members and non-members who use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
• "회원"이란 회사에 개인정보를 제공하여 회원등록을 한 자로서, 서비스를 계속적으로 이용할 수 있는 자를 말합니다."Member" refers to a person who has registered by providing personal information to the Company and can continuously use the Service.
• "콘텐츠"란 회사가 서비스 내에서 제공하는 변환 이미지, 사운드, 텍스트 등 모든 디지털 자료를 말합니다."Content" refers to all digital materials provided within the Service, including transformed images, sounds, and text.

• 본 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시하거나 기타의 방법으로 이용자에게 공지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.These Terms become effective when posted on the Service screen or notified to users by other means.
• 회사는 「약관의 규제에 관한 법률」, 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 등 관련 법률을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 본 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다.The Company may revise these Terms within the scope that does not violate applicable laws, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
• 약관이 변경될 경우, 적용일자 및 변경사유를 명시하여 적용일자 7일 전부터 공지합니다. 이용자에게 불리한 변경의 경우 30일 전부터 공지하며, 이메일 등으로 개별 통지합니다.When Terms are modified, the effective date and reasons for change will be announced at least 7 days before the effective date. For changes disadvantageous to users, at least 30 days' notice with individual notification via email will be provided.
• 이용자가 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 서비스 이용을 중단하고 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.Users who do not agree to the modified Terms may discontinue use and withdraw from the Service.

회사가 제공하는 서비스는 다음과 같습니다.The services provided by the Company are as follows:

• AI 비주얼 디펜스: 사용자가 업로드한 음식 사진을 AI 알고리즘으로 분석·변환하여 식욕을 억제하는 이미지를 생성AI Visual Defense: Analyzing and transforming food photos uploaded by users through AI algorithms to generate appetite-suppressing images
• 음식 갤러리: 다양한 음식의 비포/애프터 이미지를 열람할 수 있는 갤러리 서비스Food Gallery: Gallery service for viewing before/after images of various foods
• 감각 억제 사운드: 식욕 억제에 특화된 오디오 콘텐츠 제공Sensory Suppression Sound: Providing audio content specialized for appetite suppression
• 기타: 회사가 추가 개발하거나 제휴를 통해 이용자에게 제공하는 일체의 서비스Other: Any other services additionally developed by the Company or provided through partnerships

• 이용자는 회사가 정한 가입 양식에 따라 회원정보를 기입한 후 본 약관에 동의한다는 의사표시를 함으로써 회원가입을 신청합니다.Users apply for membership by filling in member information according to the registration form set by the Company and expressing their agreement to these Terms.
• 회사는 다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우 회원가입을 거부할 수 있습니다.The Company may refuse registration in the following cases:
  • 타인의 명의를 이용한 경우Using another person's name
  • 허위 정보를 기재한 경우Providing false information
  • 만 14세 미만인 경우 (법정대리인 동의 없이)Under 14 years of age (without legal representative consent)
  • 기타 회사가 정한 이용신청 요건을 충족하지 못한 경우Failure to meet other application requirements set by the Company
• 회원은 언제든지 회원탈퇴를 요청할 수 있으며, 회사는 즉시 처리합니다.Members may request withdrawal at any time, and the Company will process it immediately.

• 회사는 관련 법령과 본 약관이 금지하는 행위를 하지 않으며, 지속적이고 안정적으로 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 최선을 다합니다.The Company shall not engage in acts prohibited by applicable laws and these Terms, and shall make its best efforts to provide continuous and stable services.
• 회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 안전하게 관리하며, 개인정보처리방침에 따라 보호합니다.The Company shall safely manage users' personal information and protect it in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• 회사는 서비스 이용과 관련한 이용자의 불만사항을 접수한 경우 이를 신속하게 처리합니다.The Company shall promptly handle user complaints related to service use.

이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.Users shall not engage in the following acts:

• 가입 신청 또는 변경 시 허위 내용을 등록하는 행위Registering false information during sign-up or changes
• 타인의 정보를 도용하는 행위Stealing or misusing another person's information
• 회사 또는 제3자의 지식재산권을 침해하는 행위Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
• 서비스의 안정적 운영을 방해하는 행위Interfering with the stable operation of the Service
• 서비스를 이용하여 법령 또는 공서양속에 반하는 행위Acts that violate laws or public morals through use of the Service
• 서비스에서 제공하는 콘텐츠를 무단으로 복제·배포·전시하는 행위Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or display of content provided by the Service
• 자동화된 수단(봇, 스크래퍼 등)으로 서비스에 접근하는 행위Accessing the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.)

• 회사는 운영상·기술상의 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 사전에 공지합니다.The Company may change all or part of the Service based on operational or technical needs, with prior notice.
• 회사는 다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우 서비스를 일시적으로 중단할 수 있습니다.The Company may temporarily suspend the Service in the following cases:
  • 시스템 정기 점검, 서버 확장 및 교체 등Regular system maintenance, server expansion and replacement, etc.
  • 전쟁, 천재지변, 국가비상사태 등 불가항력적 사유Force majeure events such as war, natural disasters, national emergencies
  • 기간통신사업자의 서비스 중단Service suspension by telecommunications service provider
• 회사는 서비스 중단으로 인한 이용자의 손해에 대해 관련 법령이 정하는 바에 따라 배상합니다.The Company shall compensate users for damages caused by service suspension in accordance with applicable laws.

• 서비스에 포함된 모든 콘텐츠(AI 알고리즘, 변환 이미지, 사운드, 디자인, 소프트웨어 등)에 대한 지식재산권은 회사에 귀속됩니다.All intellectual property rights in the content included in the Service (AI algorithms, transformed images, sounds, designs, software, etc.) belong to the Company.
• 이용자가 업로드한 원본 이미지의 저작권은 해당 이용자에게 있습니다. 다만, 이용자는 서비스 이용을 위해 회사에 비독점적 사용 허가를 부여합니다.Copyright of original images uploaded by users belongs to the respective users. However, users grant the Company a non-exclusive license for use within the Service.
• 이용자는 서비스를 통해 제공받은 콘텐츠를 회사의 사전 허락 없이 상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.Users may not commercially use content provided through the Service without the Company's prior permission.

• 회사는 일부 서비스를 유료로 제공할 수 있으며, 유료 서비스의 이용요금 및 결제 방법은 해당 서비스 이용 화면에 별도로 게시합니다.The Company may provide some services for a fee, and the usage fees and payment methods for paid services will be separately posted on the service screen.
• 결제는 신용카드, 체크카드, 간편결제 등 회사가 지정한 방법으로 이루어집니다.Payment shall be made through methods designated by the Company, such as credit cards, debit cards, and simple payment services.
• 환불에 관한 사항은 별도의 환불규정에 따릅니다.Matters regarding refunds shall follow the separate Refund Policy.

• 회사는 천재지변, 전쟁 또는 이에 준하는 불가항력으로 인해 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우 책임이 면제됩니다.The Company is exempt from liability when unable to provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or similar events.
• 회사는 이용자의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 장애에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by the user's own fault.
• 본 서비스는 식욕 제어를 보조하는 목적으로 제공되며, 의료적 치료 또는 전문 의학적 조언을 대체하지 않습니다. 서비스 이용에 따른 건강상의 결과에 대해 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.This Service is provided for the purpose of assisting appetite control and does not replace medical treatment or professional medical advice. The Company is not responsible for health outcomes resulting from the use of the Service.
• AI가 생성한 이미지 및 텍스트는 참고용이며, 정확성·완전성을 보장하지 않습니다.Images and text generated by AI are for reference only, and accuracy or completeness is not guaranteed.

• 본 서비스의 핵심 기능은 AI를 활용하여 음식 이미지를 식욕 억제 목적으로 혐오감을 유발하는 형태(곰팡이, 해충, 부패 등의 시각적 요소 포함)로 변환하는 것입니다. 이용자는 서비스를 이용하기 전에 이러한 콘텐츠의 성격을 충분히 인지하여야 합니다.The core feature of this Service is to transform food images into forms that induce disgust (including visual elements such as mold, insects, and decay) for the purpose of appetite suppression using AI. Users must fully understand the nature of such content before using the Service.
• 이용자는 서비스를 이용함으로써 변환 이미지를 자발적으로 요청하였음을 확인하며, 해당 이미지로 인한 시각적 불쾌감, 정신적 충격, 불안감 등의 심리적 반응에 대해 이용자 본인이 전적으로 책임을 부담합니다.By using the Service, users confirm that they have voluntarily requested the transformed images, and users bear full responsibility for any psychological reactions such as visual discomfort, mental shock, or anxiety caused by such images.
• 회사는 AI 변환 이미지로 인한 정신적 충격, 불안, 트라우마, 섭식장애 악화 등 일체의 심리적·정서적 피해에 대하여 법적 책임을 지지 않습니다.The Company bears no legal liability for any psychological or emotional harm resulting from AI-transformed images, including mental shock, anxiety, trauma, or worsening of eating disorders.
• 다음에 해당하는 자는 본 서비스 이용을 자제하도록 강력히 권고합니다.
  ① 거식증, 폭식증 등 섭식장애를 겪고 있거나 치료 중인 자
  ② 불안장애, PTSD, 우울증 등 정신건강 문제를 겪고 있는 자
  ③ 혐오 자극에 민감한 자
  ④ 만 14세 미만의 미성년자 The following individuals are strongly advised to refrain from using this Service:
  ① Persons with or being treated for eating disorders such as anorexia or bulimia
  ② Persons with mental health conditions such as anxiety disorders, PTSD, or depression
  ③ Persons who are sensitive to aversive stimuli
  ④ Minors under the age of 14
• 본 서비스는 다이어트 동기부여 보조 목적으로만 제공되며, 전문 의료적 치료, 심리 상담, 또는 영양 전문가의 조언을 대체하지 않습니다. 건강 문제가 있는 경우 반드시 전문가의 상담을 받으시기 바랍니다.This Service is provided solely for the purpose of supplementing diet motivation and does not replace professional medical treatment, psychological counseling, or nutritional advice. If you have health concerns, please consult a professional.
• 이용자는 본 서비스를 통해 생성된 변환 이미지를 타인에게 동의 없이 전송하거나 공유하여 불쾌감 또는 피해를 유발하는 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다. 이를 위반하여 발생한 모든 법적 책임은 해당 이용자에게 있습니다.Users must not send or share transformed images generated through this Service to others without their consent in a way that causes discomfort or harm. All legal liability arising from such violations rests with the user concerned.

• 회사 또는 이용자가 본 약관을 위반하여 상대방에게 손해를 입힌 경우, 손해를 입힌 당사자는 상대방에게 배상할 책임이 있습니다.If the Company or a user causes damage to the other party by violating these Terms, the party causing the damage is liable for compensation.
• 회사의 손해배상 총액은 이용자가 회사에 지불한 서비스 이용료를 초과하지 않습니다. 다만, 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 있는 경우는 제외합니다.The Company's total liability shall not exceed the service fees paid by the user to the Company, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

• 본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 의해 규율되고 해석됩니다.These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
• 서비스 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생한 경우, 양 당사자는 분쟁의 원만한 해결을 위해 성실히 협의합니다.In case of disputes arising from the use of the Service, both parties shall negotiate in good faith for amicable resolution.
• 협의가 이루어지지 않을 경우 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따른 소비자분쟁해결기준에 의하여 해결할 수 있으며, 소송이 제기될 경우 회사의 본사 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 제1심 관할 법원으로 합니다.If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved according to the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. For litigation, the court with jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters shall be the court of first instance.
• EU 거주 이용자는 EU 온라인 분쟁 해결 플랫폼(ec.europa.eu/odr)을 통해 분쟁을 해결할 수 있습니다.EU-resident users may resolve disputes through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).

본 약관은 2026년 2월 7일부터 시행됩니다.These Terms shall be effective from February 7, 2026.
