제1조 (목적) Article 1 (Purpose)
본 환불규정은 VuGoFit(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 유료 서비스의 결제 취소, 청약철회 및 환불에 관한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다. 본 규정은 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」, 「콘텐츠산업 진흥법」, 「콘텐츠 이용자 보호지침」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다.This Refund Policy governs matters related to payment cancellation, withdrawal of subscription, and refunds for paid services provided by VuGoFit (hereinafter "the Company"). This policy complies with applicable laws including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Content Industry Promotion Act, and the Content User Protection Guidelines.
제2조 (청약철회 및 환불 가능 조건) Article 2 (Conditions for Withdrawal and Refund)
- 이용자는 유료 서비스 결제일로부터 7일 이내에 별도의 사유 없이 청약철회(구매 취소)를 할 수 있습니다.Users may withdraw their subscription (cancel purchase) within 7 days from the payment date without any specific reason.
- 서비스 결제 후 서비스를 이용하지 않은 경우, 결제일로부터 7일 이내에 전액 환불이 가능합니다.If the service has not been used after payment, a full refund is available within 7 days from the payment date.
- 서비스 장애, 회사 귀책사유로 서비스를 정상적으로 이용할 수 없는 경우, 기간에 관계없이 전액 환불이 가능합니다.If the service cannot be used normally due to service failure or the Company's fault, a full refund is available regardless of the period.
- 구독 서비스의 경우, 다음 결제일 전까지 해지를 요청하면 다음 결제가 이루어지지 않습니다. 이미 결제된 기간에 대해서는 이용 일수에 비례하여 환불됩니다.For subscription services, if cancellation is requested before the next billing date, the next payment will not be processed. For the already-paid period, a refund proportional to the days used will be provided.
제3조 (환불이 제한되는 경우) Article 3 (Cases Where Refund is Restricted)
다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우에는 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제17조 제2항에 따라 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다.Withdrawal may be restricted in the following cases pursuant to Article 17, Paragraph 2 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce:
- 구매 후 서비스를 이미 이용(AI 이미지 변환 등)한 경우로서, 결제일로부터 7일이 경과한 경우When the service has already been used (AI image transformation, etc.) and 7 days have passed since the payment date
- 디지털 콘텐츠(사운드 등)를 다운로드하거나 스트리밍한 경우 (단, 사전 고지 및 동의가 있는 경우에 한함)When digital content (sounds, etc.) has been downloaded or streamed (only when prior notice and consent were given)
- 이용자의 귀책사유로 서비스 이용이 불가능해진 경우When the service becomes unavailable due to the user's own fault
- 무료 체험 또는 프로모션으로 제공된 서비스Services provided through free trials or promotions
참고Note — 환불이 제한되는 디지털 콘텐츠의 경우, 결제 전 해당 콘텐츠에 대한 청약철회 제한 사실을 고지하며, 시용(체험) 상품을 제공하거나 한시적 이용 기회를 부여하는 등의 조치를 취합니다. — For digital content with limited refundability, the Company will notify the restriction on withdrawal before payment and provide trial products or temporary access opportunities.
제4조 (환불 금액 산정 기준) Article 4 (Refund Amount Calculation)

제5조 (환불 절차) Article 5 (Refund Procedure)
환불 신청Request
고객센터(이메일, 웹사이트 내 문의) 또는 서비스 내 '구독 관리' 메뉴를 통해 환불을 신청합니다. Request a refund through customer center (email, website inquiry) or through the 'Subscription Management' menu within the Service.
접수 확인Confirmation
환불 신청 접수 후 영업일 기준 1일 이내에 접수 확인 안내를 드립니다. We will send a confirmation within 1 business day after receiving the refund request.
심사 및 처리Review
환불 사유 및 이용 내역 확인 후, 영업일 기준 3일 이내에 환불 승인 여부를 안내합니다. After reviewing the refund reason and usage history, we will notify approval within 3 business days.
환불 완료Completion
환불 승인 후 결제 수단에 따라 아래 기간 내 환불이 완료됩니다. After approval, the refund will be completed within the following periods depending on the payment method.

환불은 원칙적으로 원래 결제 수단과 동일한 방법으로 이루어집니다. 원래 결제 수단으로의 환불이 불가한 경우, 이용자와 협의하여 대체 방법으로 환불합니다.Refunds are, in principle, processed through the same payment method as the original purchase. If refund through the original payment method is not possible, an alternative method will be arranged in consultation with the user.
제7조 (과오납금의 환불) Article 7 (Refund of Overpayment)
회사의 시스템 오류, 결제 대행사 오류 등으로 과오납금이 발생한 경우, 회사는 이를 확인한 즉시 정당한 결제 금액과의 차액을 환불합니다. 회사가 과오납금 사실을 알면서도 환불하지 않은 경우 이용자는 환불 외에 관련 법령이 정하는 이자를 청구할 수 있습니다.If overpayment occurs due to system errors of the Company or payment processor, the Company will immediately refund the difference upon confirmation. If the Company fails to process the refund despite knowing of the overpayment, the user may claim interest as stipulated by applicable laws in addition to the refund.
제8조 (미성년자 보호) Article 8 (Protection of Minors)
미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 결제한 경우, 미성년자 또는 법정대리인은 해당 결제를 취소할 수 있습니다. 다만, 미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의가 있는 것으로 믿게 한 경우에는 취소할 수 없습니다.If a minor makes a payment without the consent of a legal representative, the minor or legal representative may cancel the payment. However, cancellation is not available if the minor led the Company to believe that consent had been given.

부칙 Supplementary Provisions
본 환불규정은 2026년 2월 7일부터 시행됩니다.This Refund Policy shall be effective from February 7, 2026.
본 규정에 명시되지 않은 사항은 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 등 관련 법령 및 일반적인 상관례에 따릅니다.Matters not specified in this policy shall be governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and other applicable laws and general commercial practices.
