VuGoFit(이하 "회사")은 「개인정보 보호법」, 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 등 관련 법령에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고, 이와 관련한 고충을 신속하고 원활하게 처리할 수 있도록 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다. VuGoFit (hereinafter "the Company") establishes and discloses the following Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and other applicable laws.

본 방침은 대한민국 「개인정보 보호법」(PIPA), EU 「일반 개인정보보호규정」(GDPR), 미국 「캘리포니아 소비자 개인정보보호법」(CCPA/CPRA)의 요구사항을 준수합니다. 본 개인정보처리방침은 법령·정책 또는 보안기술의 변경에 따라 내용의 추가·삭제 및 수정이 있을 경우, 변경사항의 시행 7일 전부터 웹사이트 공지사항을 통하여 고지할 것입니다. 다만, 이용자 권리에 중대한 변경이 있을 경우에는 최소 30일 전에 고지합니다.If there are any additions, deletions, or modifications to this Privacy Policy due to changes in laws, policies, or security technologies, the Company will announce such changes through the website at least 7 days before the effective date. However, for significant changes affecting user rights, at least 30 days' prior notice will be given.
